Samsung has shipped their new RS-MMC flash memory format, in sizes up to 128MB. It's even smaller than miniSD, if that were necessary. Remember when CompactFlash seemed like such a wonder?

Samsung has just announced the YP-T6 series of MP3 players. At a mere 30 grams (1 ounce) they are very compact. The T6 supports MP3 , OGG, WMA and ASF audio formats and has a capacity of up to 1GB (model YP-T6z).
