I'm having trouble setting an MP3 file as a ringtone because it's too long. How long the MP3 can be before the phone magically declares it to be "too long"?

Open Question: recording video on vcr?

i've already connected the vcr to the tv and i'm able to watch tv with the vcr on, but for some reason i can't watch any channels above 14 (without the vcr i can get about 77 channels). the vcr model is samsung vr5607. i don't have the manual anymore and i can't find it online anywhere (for free at least).
is there anyway to fix it?

Open Question: i think my phone broke?

i hjave a samsung a610 and my friend was playing with it and it just automatically turned off.. i already tryed taking the batterie out and putting it back in and it isnt dead.. it just stopped working. i just got it like 3 days ago off ebay. how do i fix it? i need to fix it please help!
